"This Better than anything peach slab pie looks amazing, and seems fairly easy to make. I am all about easy to make! I see that you can use canned peaches, but can you also use fresh peaches? And would you have to cook them first? I like using fresh fruit whereever possible."

"This Kentucky Butter cake with Blueberries is a great treat and I would enjoy it with an afternoon cup of tea, as well as for dessert after an evening meal. I have a question, though. Can you use defrosted blueberries if you can't get fresh? My small supermarket in my town doesn't always have fresh blueberries but I can always find frozen."

"I have to agree with the comment below. The meatloaf turns out a bit dry and dense. But the recipe just needs a bit of tweaking to make it better. Try using a little less bread, and a few squirts of ketchup in the meat mixture. You can also start cooking the bacon in a pan so it starts browning before you lay it on top of the meatloaf."

"I do not like cooked apples but this is me trying out for the Best Mom Ever award. Lol! The whole family was absolutely delighted with their dessert surprise served with generous dollops of home made vanilla ice cream. I am told that I have to make it again for a sleep over of friends this coming weekend so it seems they enjoyed it. Lol!"
