This collard greens recipe is warm, rustic, and comforting. If you love classic Southern recipes but are trying to be mindful of what you eat, try this guilt-free version of greens and cornbread. Collard greens, kale, onion, and garlic are cooked together with other spices and seasonings until tender. These greens are best served with savory and crumbly cornbread that will soak up all of the delicious juices. The cornbread and greens would be delicious on their own, but you could easily serve them alongside other classic soul foods.
