In one word, MAGNIFICENT!! A teeny bit fiddly to make (I tend to prefer quick and easy for week night meals) but well worth the effort! We do not get Old Bay seasoning in South Africa but I took my clue from the word Cajun in the recipe title and used a very good local cajun seasoning. We ate every last scrap and have already saved the recipe in the Must Have Again file, lol!
