Shrimp and Andouille Jambalaya
"A quick & easy, cajun style jambalaya with shrimp and spicy andouille sausage. While you are chopping the Holy Trinity, you can make a shrimp stock in about 15 minutes using the shrimp shells and some cajun seasoning.
