Shrimp and Andouille Jambalaya

"A quick & easy, cajun style jambalaya with shrimp and spicy andouille sausage. While you are chopping the Holy Trinity, you can make a shrimp stock in about 15 minutes using the shrimp shells and some cajun seasoning. Use the stock to cook the rice for a ton of flavor in the final dish. This jambalaya is so easy to make and takes less than 45 minutes, that you'll be making it year round, not just for Mardi Gras."
