"You may as well throw away the others. This is the only Shrimp and Grits recipe you need! My daughter, (and blog partner) Sara, refuses to order shrimp and grits in a restaurant because she says none could ever match up. I do know it took me years, and countless times preparing shrimp and grits to get the recipe tweaked until I felt like it was perfect. My biggest tip is to do a bit of prep work in advance. Get the bacon cooked, shrimp cleaned, etc. Then it will come together easily."
