Ingredients 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1/2 cup celery (chopped) 1/2 medium white onion (chopped) 1/2 green bell pepper (chopped) 5 garlic cloves (minced) 1/2 lb andouille sausage (sliced) 6 cups water 3 cubes beef bouillon 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning 1 tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce (or your preferred choice of hot sauce) 4 bay leaves 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1 (14.5oz.) can diced tomatoes 1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce 2 teaspoon cornstarch 1 (10oz.) package of frozen cut okra 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar 1/2 lb. lump crab meat 1 lb. medium shrimp (peeled and deveined) 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper to taste"
