I love Cajun shrimp. I see this recipe calls for milk in the base. Because of my families lactose issues, I can still make this but will have to substitute a lactose free milk. I know sometimes nut milks and lactose free milks change the recipe slightly. Has anyone else used a milk substitute? How were the results?
