A truly EXCELLENT corn chowder! And a perfect meal for dinner on a chilly spring evening here in South Africa. We dialled up the heat a little with a bit extra cayenne pepper but otherwise made no changes. It is quick and easy to make so is fine to make on a mid week night and the whole family loved it so we WILL be having it again!

Yum! I think I will try to make this this weekend! It looks super easy :)
