Slow Cooker Mexican Taco Soup
Slow Cooker Mexican Taco Soup is a great ground beef taco soup that can cook all day in the slow cooker. All you need to do is brown the ground beef on the stove with some onions before combining it with tomatoes, corn, pinto beans, and beef broth in the slow cooker. A packet each of ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning give the soup great flavor. This soup would be excellent topped with tortilla chips, cheese, or sour cream. It could also be served with a big chunk of cornbread.

I love using a crock pot to make something nice and hot to eat the moment we get home from running errands. This is a wonderful idea since my wife and I both love Mexican food and tacos. I think this would also be great served over some rice. I really like this idea and I know we'll be trying this one out soon as we start into Christmas shopping season.
