Lazy Cabbage Roll Soup is a great slow cooker soup recipe for lazy days. This cabbage roll recipe combines a comfort food favorite with the ease of a slow cooker soup. This cabbage roll soup recipe begins by browning ground beef on the stove with aromatics and seasonings. The ground beef is then combined with cabbage, more seasonings, tomatoes, and water in the slow cooker. From there, the slow cooker does all of the work to finish the soup. All you need to do is add in some cooked rice and this Lazy Cabbage Roll Soup is ready to serve.

My mom lives in Florida and when I visited her years ago, I asked her to make her stuffed cabbage rolls, and this is what I got instead. She said she is getting too old to make the rolls, but she just threw everything in the slow cooked and I was so shocked that I liked it better then the rolled version. We don't eat beef, so she used ground turkey and ground pork and a can of V-8. She couldn't remember what all she put into it so I didn't get a recipe until now. Thank you so much, now I can make this at home here in the north.
