45-Minute Chicken Noodle Soup is a homemade soup recipe that can be made even on weeknights! Instead of using a whole chicken like some recipes, this one just uses sliced chicken breast. Carrots, onion, and celery add some more flavor and color to this easy recipe. For the last 10 minutes of cooking, stir in your favorite type of small pasta and dinner is served! Enjoy a cozy bowl of this soup with some warm bread and a salad for the perfect cold weather meal. You'll want to keep this soup recipe handy!

I love this 45-Minute Chicken Noodle Soup recipe! It uses fresh vegetables and chicken breast that cooks up quickly. I also like that it uses chicken stock and not bullon, making for a better tasting soup. The whole house smells so good with this cooking I can't wait to serve it with some good crusty bread. Thank you so much for sharing this great recipe.
