Leave a comment...I have tried cooking barbeque ribs using several various cooking methods, but I found that using the slow cooker really is the best way. When I do them just on the grill, they tend to become a little more tough and a lot less juicy. Braising them first gives them a great flavor throughout and keeps them moist and tender. I love the sweet homemade sauce!
