Fresh Blueberry Tea is a refreshing homemade iced tea recipe that is sure to cool you down on a hot summer day. A quick blueberry syrup is made from blending fresh blueberries with sugar and water. This gets added to tea that has been steeped for an hour. For the best results, let the tea and blueberry mixture sit overnight and then strain the mixture when you are ready to serve. For a pretty presentation, float a few fresh blueberries over the top of the iced tea.
