It doesn't get much simpler than this peach dessert recipe. This Texas Peach and Pecan Tart recipe starts with frozen puff pastry that is then topped with fresh peach slices that have been tossed with sugar and cinnamon and nutmeg. The peach tart bakes until it is perfectly golden brown before getting topped with crunchy pecans. Serve a slice of this simple tart with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for a wonderful summer dessert.
