- 2 pounds Granny Smith Apples, peeled and sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 2 pounds Fuji Apples, peeled and sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 Tablespoons all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon spice blend
- 1 packaged pie crust
