Carrot Cake Muffins
"Carrot cake muffins are a sweet and moist treat made with shredded carrots, flour, sugar, eggs, and other ingredients like cinnamon and vanilla extract. They are similar in flavor and texture to traditional carrot cake, but are baked in a muffin tin instead of a cake pan. Cream cheese frosting and chopped walnuts are added on top to add a tangy contrast to the sweetness of the muffin. Carrot cake muffins are a popular breakfast or snack item, and their small size makes them easy to enjoy on-the-go."
