This is a lot like a quick chicken or steak stir-fry that my wife and I often will whip up for lunch or dinner. We don't use zucchini in ours, preferring to use some white onion, along with some snow pea pods. We'll usually use regular white or basmati rice, though we have tried serving it with soba noodles or lo mein noodles, though not the fried, crispy kind found here in America.
