The pan sauce that this recipe makes is so rich and creamy! I served this over a bed of steamed fresh asparagus and it was delicious. Ideal for the summertime when you don't want to heat up your house running the oven - and since it is done in one skillet, it makes cleanup a lot quicker. I might try this same sauce for thin pork chops some time!
