This recipe for Butter Cream Chicken is extremely easy to make, but it is so satisfying to eat. Chicken breasts are coated in crushed Ritz Crackers and then pan-fried until golden brown and crispy. A creamy gravy is then made from the drippings left in the pan. The rich pan gravy perfectly complements the crunchy chicken.
