"I have been making this smoked sausage casserole recipe for about 20 years. It was one of the first recipes I mastered after getting married. It is a family favorite and I am really excited to share it with y’all today. Be sure to make this one for your family on a weeknight. Ingredients
- 1 package Aidells® Chicken & Apple (Gluten-Free, No Nitrites, No Added Hormones)
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup plus one tbsp. flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can light red kidney beans (drained)

Add the sliced chicken and apple sausage to a pan over medium heat. Add carrots and onions. Cook until carrots are tender and sausage is brown.

Add flour and stir for 20 – 30 seconds. Add milk and keep stirring until mixture begins to boil.

Add sage and Worcestershire sauce.

Add beans and cook until heated through.
