Aunt Sheri's Chicken Lasagna is perfect for those days when you're craving something cozy, cheesy, and comforting. Unlike most lasagna recipes, this one is made with egg noddles rather than lasagna noodles. It is still made with cottage cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan, so you'll get that classic flavor. Since this recipe takes some time to make, a good way to save time is to use store-bought rotisserie chicken. You can also make this casserole in the slow cooker, which is a great option to have! This easy chicken lasagna is sure to become a family favorite.

Whoooheeeee, Aunt Sheri sure knew how to make a great chicken lasagne! And, besides the oven baking time, it is quite quick and easy to make which made it perfect for a mid week family dinner tonight. The dried basil goes surprisingly well with the chicken and the various cheeses combine with everything else to make an excellent sauce. A recipe that is definitely worthy of 5 stars!
