Southern Apricot Freezer Jam
If you are intimidated by traditional canning recipe, Southern Apricot Freezer Jam is a great way to make homemade jam. The only difference between freezer jam and traditional canning recipes is that freezer jams aren't sealed in a water bath. Fresh apricots combine perfectly with almond flavor in this easy jam recipe. No one will be able to resist a scoop of this jam on toast or even over ice cream. Once the apricot jam has been made, divide the jam among four pint jars and seal with lids. This delightful apricot jam can keep in the refrigerator for up to a month and in the freezer for up to a year!
