This looks delicious. You have different types of milk listed. Which one would you say was best for this recipe? I had never seen an apple smoothie until now. This is such a simple recipe to follow and make. I know my boys will love it. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Hi Iket, since soy milk is the first type listed in the recipe, I would assume that's the one that the blogger used for this recipe. However, I think you can use your favorite type of milk or non-milk product to make this smoothie. I hope that helps! - Natalie, Editor of FaveSouthernRecipes
