Ham and Swiss Croissant Breakfast Bake is a delicious and easy breakfast recipe that can be made ahead of time. This casserole also uses croissants, which adds an extra touch of buttery goodness. Ham and Swiss cheese pair perfectly with the buttery croissants. If you have leftover ham in your freezer, this is a wonderful way to use it up. Vegetables like asparagus or broccoli could also be added to this breakfast bake for some added flavor. Although this is a recipe for breakfast, it would also be great for Mother's Day brunch, lunch, or even dinner.

We follow a low carb eating plan but every so often an exception simply HAS to be made and croissants are just such an exception! It just so happens that we had asparagus freshly harvested from our garden which only served to make this Swiss Croissant Breakfast Bake even better. We added some mushrooms (cos we had some ready for use) and I gotta tell you that it was absolutely heavenly.

Mmmm, you can't go wrong with croissants in my opinion! I also love the Swiss cheese and ham combo. Can't wait to try this!
