English Muffin Egg Casserole takes the great flavors that you normally find in a breakfast sandwich and turns it into a tasty and easy breakfast casserole. This recipe uses bacon, but you can easily use sausage in its place. The great thing about this casserole is that you prepare it ahead of time and then let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning all you have to do is pop it into the oven!
