I really want to give this recipe a try. I love peaches, and this just looks incredibly delicious. I was looking at a video for a two-braid challah, and it indicated a start from the center of the two rolls, not the end as seems to be indicated by the recipe instructions. I'll have to experiment and see how it turns out. It's one of those things that really could use an explanatory video to make the process clearer. This would be great to try as French Toast, as one reader suggested.
