The Perfect Sliders is an easy appetizer recipe for any occasion. This hamburger sliders recipe is just the thing to make for your next party or game day gathering. It's easy to feed burgers to a crowd when you make them miniature-sized and serve them on slider buns. Serve these Perfect Sliders with a variety of fixings, such as sliced onions, sliced tomatoes, arugula, and lettuce. The best thing about this recipe for The Perfect Sliders is that they are so easy to prepare. All you need to do is mix up the ground beef with some simple seasonings, grill, and serve!

Yields12 sliders

Cooking MethodGrilling

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 shakes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 ounces Gruyere cheese
  • 4 ounces arugula
  • 12 freshly baked slider buns
  • sliced red onions
  • sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the add-ons, such as sliced tomato, onion, and cheese.

  2. Season the burgers with olive oil, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly with a fork.

  3. Form the patties. For tender burgers, avoid packing them down.

  4. Preheat indoor grill pan for 3 minutes on medium-high heat.

  5. Place burgers on the grill. Resist the temptation to flip them for 4 to 5 minutes.

  6. Cook 3 to 5 minutes per side. Place the cheese on burgers during last couple of minutes of cooking.

  7. Plate the burgers under foil for 3 minutes. This will help the juices to say inside the burgers while the cheese melts.

  8. Slice and toast the buns.

  9. Serve with arugula.

Sliders are great! I also enjoy a medium rare RIBEYE STEAK on a grill like this seasoned after cooking with sea salt and pepper! Enjoy !

My fave part of this recipe is the combo cheese and Caligula. Classy flavor

I like to top my sliders with sauteed mushrooms and jack cheese and bacon bits, cant think of any thing finer .

I haven't tried sliders so this would be a great way to do it.

Pretty close to my recipe, although I like sauteed mushrooms and pepper jack.

Yumm, I'd probably add some crumbled bacon to the ground beef before cooking, though! You can never have too much bacon

I'll leave out the mustard and leave off the onion!!
