This is close to a Mexican-style lasagna I've made before. I normally include some diced onion when I'm browning ground beef, and I do like the use of the corn tortillas as the dividers. I've encountered a couple that use flour tortillas, but I prefer using corn. This is a nice and easy to assemble casserole, and I definitely will be making this again. As a garnish, I've usually used the guacamole or salsa flavored tortilla chips.

Where has this been all my life! I love how this is a twist on a typical dinner dish! Definitely taking place of taco Tuesday!
