I clicked on the link to look at the recipe and discovered it was yet another casserole recipe that had acquired the name John Wayne Casserole. I think there are as many variations of this as John Wayne movies, and this one rounds up many of the usual suspects. It follows the way I usually prepare ground beef with adding in pepper and onion, and I think I'll give this particular recipe a try. Since for me, the spicier the better, I'd add some diced jalapenos or other chilis to the Bisquick mix.
