This sounds absolutely delicious. I've always liked chicken fried steak, and it never occurred to me to slice the steak into strips and prepare them that way as finger food. I love the recipe for the Creole dipping sauce and it's something I definitely plan to try. I think I have all the necessary ingredients around here, so I might whip up some this afternoon. I could easily see making this up for guests while we're watching a game or movie.
