These Carne Asada Tacos are ridiculously easy to prepare but bursting with delicious Tex-Mex flavor. This carne asada recipe starts by marinating a flank steak overnight in a lime-based sauce. The only preparation required the next day is to grill up the flank steak to your desired doneness and then slice it into thin slices. The carne asada is best served on warm tortillas with pico de gallo and your favorite choice of taco toppings.
