This All-American Meatloaf is back-to-basics comfort food at its finest. Easy meatloaf recipes are great to have on hand for weeknight meals and Sunday night dinners, and this down-home recipe is sure to become one of your favorites. This recipe uses a combination of ground beef, pork, and veal for the juiciest meatloaf imaginable. Breadcrumbs and eggs help to bind the meatloaf together. Each slice of meatloaf is also studded with chopped onions and bell peppers. The meatloaf is topped with a tasty glaze made from ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Everyone will want a second (or third!) piece of this filling and flavorful All-American Meatloaf.

I like the addition of vegetables to this recipe. I make something similar where I add an actual vegetable layer of peas, onions, carrots ( whatever I have on hand) in the middle of the meat loaf. Not only does it look nice, it adds nutrients to the recipe.

I really like meat loaf, and this recipe looks excellent! I'm going to bookmark it for the next time we need a new recipe.
