Savory Mashed Sweet Potatoes
"Regular mashed potatoes are delicious, but something about mashed sweet potatoes just gets my holiday spirit going! While I love sweet potato casserole—and marshmallows, DUH—I wanted to give you a recipe that could be made in under an hour right on the stovetop! These Savory Mashed Sweet Potatoes are so rich and creamy. Made with butter and half and half, they're smooth, silky, and will melt right in your mouth. They're also seasoned them with plenty of fresh herbs and seasonings to take them up a notch."
