Boston Market Copycat Sweet Potato Casserole
Nothing beats authentic home cooking, but occasionally what we really crave is a classic restaurant dish. This recipe for Boston Market Copycat Sweet Potato Casserole will enable you to make this signature dish at home. Sweet potatoes are mashed and combined with butter, brown sugar, and cream for a sweet and silky smooth base. The sweet potatoes are then topped with marshmallows and a combination of oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. When it all bakes in the oven, the marshmallows melt and become deliciously gooey, and the topping gets crispy. This is the best sweet potato casserole recipe—you've just got to try it!

Sweet potatoes are great for a low carb eating plan so I am always on the look out for new good recipes, such as this one. We omitted the vanilla extract and the marshmallows because we felt that would be too sweet also the rolled oats. With the addition of sour cream in the topping it was delicious and something we will definitely be making again.
