Chili and Browned Sugar Baked Sweet Potato Fries with Chipotle Aioli Dip

"I love when a vegetable dish is healthy and irresistibly delicious. When I make these sweet and spicy sweet potato fries they always disappear fast - they are amazing! The sweet potatoes have a beautiful balance of sweet, hot and salty. The chipotle aioli is is creamy with notes of garlic, tangy lime juice and a spicy kick of chipotle. The combo is an incredible treat for the tastebuds! And if you have any aioli left over, its spectacular on burgers and sandwiches too."
