Oh, My! This magic recipe is amazing. To have a nice piece of warm pie is the best. The recipe is so quick and easy. My entire family enjoyed it. I loved that it was so easy to make such a delicious dessert on a weekend. Nice treat for all of us

YUM! I made a crustless custard pie before that was somewhat similar to this one. I love that this recipe uses coconut - can't wait to try it!

The photo here left me drooling! I have never made a coconut pie without a crust so it leaves a little fearful that I won't be able to make that work! I am going to try this before the week is out, but has anyone else made this? Does it really hold together without the addition of a flour crust?
