For a quick and healthier dessert recipe, try this recipe for No-Bake Peanut Butter Banana Pie! You won’t believe how easy it is, and it’s so tasty, too. Because has peanut butter and bananas as its base and uses Greek yogurt as a part of the filling, this pie is lighter and healthier for when you want to stay low on the calories but high in flavor. Take this recipe to your next party or summer potluck, and everyone will love it. Serve this pie cold with a mountain of whipped cream.

Yum! I hadn't thought of using crumbled walnuts for the crust for a pie like this. It's usually some variety of crushed graham crackers. The filling is excellent, though different brands of greek yogurt will produce different tastes for the finished pie. This is a really easy pie to put together and it's actually perfect for any time of the year, not just summer. My grandchildren will attest to how popular this is no matter what season it is outside.

I would have never thought to use greek yogurt to make this--it seems like such interesting alternative, I really want to try it out!!
