There really is nothing like pecans and butter together. I make these fabulous bars every Christmas and everyone always raves about how delicious they are. It's a simple recipe that packs a big punch. In case anyone was curious, they do freeze well in a tightly sealed container. For a slight, but equally good change, add a pinch of cinnamon to the filling. It's very tasty!
