I come from an Italian family and I absolutely love my grandma's classic Italian sausage lasagna. However, my husband has never really been a big fan of it, or spaghetti and meatballs for that matter. I tried this Cajun version since he loves spicy food, and it was a true win - win! He absolutely loved it, and I still got to have my pasta and cheese fix!

I love twists on classic lasagna and this is one of the best and tastiest I've found. My wife and I both love Cajun food, and the idea of combining those tastes with that of lasagna just makes my mouth water. We'd probably use ground beef rather than ground turkey, just because we normally have several packages of cooked ground beef on hand for use in various dishes. I also love the fact it has multiple cheeses in the recipe, which is always a plus when it comes to making lasagna.

I'm so excited to try this! I love lasagna, and I REALLY love cajun food.

This looks so yummy! I love the idea of changing up a classic lasagna recipe.
