Yum! This is a recipe after my own heart. I've actually made something really similar during my experiments with variations of macaroni and cheese. I have to guiltily admit that I might not get the dish to the baking stage, since it would be almost irresistible at the point where all the ingredients are combined. This is a wonderful dish, and if you're looking for something a bit different in macaroni and cheese, I really recommend this.

This sounds super good! I love adding a little spice to mac and cheese, and the Cajun seasoning sounds perfect.

Mac and Cheese and the spicy jumbalaya? I won't be able to stop eating.

I've never tried a lot of Cajun food, but I'm so willing to try - especially when this recipe looks so fantastic!

I love jambalaya, and I love mac n cheese. This recipe sounds like a home run to me!

This recipe sounds great it combines my love of spicy food with the comfort of classic mac and cheese. Also, I like that it seems easy enough to make substitutions and omissions to make a GF version of this dish.
