Nothing satisfies quite like a steaming bowl of Cajun jambalaya. This Easy One Pot Jambalaya has sausage, shrimp, rice, and traditional seasonings for a quick and easy weeknight meal. Even the hungriest dinner guest will love this filling meal. You could even use spicier sausage or add more hot sauce if you like things with more of a kick! This rice recipe is a Southern favorite, and you'll see why as soon as you take a bite of this easy dinner recipe. This is as close to New Orleans cooking as you can get without leaving your kitchen.

This is a very good jambalaya! It has really great flavors and, with the rice, is quite filling too. We did not have any hot sauce so added a little chopped fresh chili into the dish. Everyone in the family had seconds and we have already saved it to the Must Have Again Soon file!
