Redneck Nachos
"Do you love party food, nachos, beer cheese, bbq sauce, and smoked chicken? If so, this Ole Red copycat recipe for Redneck Nachos is for you. Ole Red is Blake Shelton's bar and after visiting the location in Nashville and sampling these Redneck Nachos, I knew they had to be on Party Food Favorites. Topped with pickled jalapeños, sour cream, Rotel (diced tomatoes, green chiles, and spices), and green onions. If you don't have smoked chicken, you can fake it with liquid smoke."
