Sloppy Joes was always one of my go to for a quick filling dinner. But my daughter has never really liked Sloppy joes. I am looking forward to trying this recipe and seeing what she thinks. I like that idea of adding nice crisp bacon. I never thought about mixing the cheese into the meat mixture either. We always sprinkled it on top. This sounds really good!
