In this recipe, the blogger takes a Southern recipe from their past and makes it a little lighter, to make healthier Collard Green Dirty Rice Wraps. The wraps are made with blanched collard greens which are then stuffed with rice, Cajun seasoning, pork, green bell peppers, onions, and more. This dish will take you a little while, but the delicious taste at the end of the rainbow is sure to keep you going. These taste great the next day as well.
