"For this refrigerator apricot jam you don't need tons of apricots and several hours in the kitchen to have fabulous apricot jam. This jam and its process is quick & easy, taking about 30 minutes and a couple pounds of apricots. No pectin, special ingredients or equipment are required. All you need is about two pounds of apricots, lemon juice, sugar and apple juice. For equipment, grab your favorite pot, and a clean jar and lid. Once you taste it, you'll want to make another jar because one jar won't be near enough."
