This recipe looks delicious! I can't believe how easy it is to make. I am planning on making it for a weeknight dinner because we don't usually eat large breakfast meals, (except on holidays). Can't wait to make this yummy meal! By making it as a dinner, I can have a side veggie or even some eggs.
