There's no better platform for cream cheese frosting than Triple Layer Carrot Cake. With sweet pineapple, crunchy walnuts, spicy cinnamon, and (of course) shredded carrots, this layer cake has it all. Feel free to add raisins to the batter if you like a bit of extra sweetness and texture. Even though baking a layered cake sounds intimidating, this is one easy carrot cake recipe that anyone can pull off.
