This looks heavenly! How can you go wrong with crumb cake and peaches? This would an excellent dessert to take to a potluck since I'm sure it would be a real hit. I like the idea of drizzling the vanilla glaze over the top, but I could also see serving this with a dollop of whipped cream, or a scoop of ice cream. Definitely a recipe to hold in reserve for when I want to make something special.
