The end of summer might be sad for some, but this just means that pumpkin desserts are right around the corner! These Pumpkin Spice Latte Cupcakes take all of the hallmark ingredients found in the coffee shop classic drink and turn them into delicious cupcakes. The cupcake batter has real pumpkin puree and spices in it, and the light whipped cream topping has notes of coffee and cocoa. When combined, the contrast of dense and fluffy and sweet with spicy is truly irresistible. As far as fall desserts go, this one definitely takes the cake!

Yes! I love pumpkin spice season! These cupcakes look delicious; I bet they would be fabulous with some homemade whipped cream and a warm cup of coffee!
