This Bundt cake recipe is flavored with ginger and cardamom for a flavor profile that just won't quit. Juicy diced peaches add amazing flavor and sweetness to this cake. This cake can be enjoyed as a breakfast treat as well as a dessert. That's right, you can eat cake for breakfast! While the cake is cooling, make the sweet glaze for this luscious dessert. Whisk softened butter with lemon juice and powdered sugar to make the glaze. The lemony drizzle is the literal icing on this unbelievably delicious peach cake.

I make a Jewish Apple Cake in a bundt pan that's incredibly moist and delicious, and I was delighted to come across this recipe to make a peach version of the cake. This is one to definitely try my hand at baking over the holiday season. It's a great summertime cake, but I think it would be excellent to make during winter just to remind one that spring is not too far away. The author says the spice flavor will deepen after a couple of days. My question is, how does the cake last that long?
