I make a Jewish Apple Cake in a bundt pan that's incredibly moist and delicious, and I was delighted to come across this recipe to make a peach version of the cake. This is one to definitely try my hand at baking over the holiday season. It's a great summertime cake, but I think it would be excellent to make during winter just to remind one that spring is not too far away. The author says the spice flavor will deepen after a couple of days. My question is, how does the cake last that long?
